Online check-in is available whenever you can access the Batamfast website. Please complete your reservation at least one hour before departure and arrive at the pre-immigration gate at least 30 minutes before departure.

Our online schedule is generally available up to three months in advance. Booking early is recommended because seats are subject to availability.

Your reservation is confirmed after full payment is completed within the payment deadline. You will receive a Trip Summary and Receipt containing your booking and trip details.

Changes and cancellations depend on the fare conditions of your ticket. Please contact the Batamfast call centre or the travel agent where you purchased the ticket before departure.

Available payment methods may include major credit cards, debit cards and other payment options shown during checkout. The options can vary by booking and currency.

An e-ticket is a paperless ticket. After booking and payment, proceed to the Batamfast check-in counter with your travel document to collect your boarding pass.

Refund eligibility follows the fare conditions and Batamfast terms and conditions. Keep your Trip Summary, Receipt and proof of payment when submitting a request.

Contact Batamfast as soon as possible with your booking reference and travel details. Passenger information must match the travel document presented at the terminal.

An eFAST card is a corporate travel card that can be used as an e-ticket and e-boarding pass. It is available to participating corporate clients.
