General
- When booking, enter the correct email address or phone number. Input errors may result in tickets not being delivered.
- Tickets that have been purchased cannot be rescheduled.
- Tickets that have been purchased are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Ticket sales may be stopped at any time, following the policies of the Universal Studios Singapore.
E-ticket
- E-tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, either partially or in full.
Terms and Conditions Universal Studios Singapore
- Valid for one (1) guest only.
- Strictly no outside food or beverages permitted.
- Hand Stamp and ticket required for some day re-entry.
- Not valid during special events.
- Not to be used for promotional purposes unless approved in writing by RWS.
- Park operating hours are subject to change without prior notice, guest may visit http://www.rwsentosa.com for updates prior to visit.
- Only programmes and/ or services authorized by RWS are permitted in Universal Studios Singapore ™.
- RWS reserves the right to vary or amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Ticket(s) will be based on the following age requirement: Child (4-12yrs old), Adult (13yrs and above).
- Any resale of tickets/vouchers is strictly prohibited unless authorized in writing by RWS.
- RWS reserves the right to invalidate tickets/vouchers in connection with any fraudulent/unauthorized resale transaction, without refund or other compensation.
- Tickets/Vouchers allow for a one (1) - time use only.
- If it is determined by RWS that there are multiple copies/usages of the ticket, usage of the ticket will be denied.
- In the event of any dispute, a final decision shall be made based on our electronic record.
- Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable
- No amendments or date changes are allowed after booking confirmation
- Tickets are only valid for the booked date and will be void if unused
