Batamfast Ferry Harbourfront Check-In Counter Relocation on 7th July 2026
Dear Valued Passengers,
Please be informed that, effective 7th July 2026, our Batamfast Harbourfront check-in counter will be relocated to the new Harbourfront terminal:
5 Harbourfront Avenue, (Unit) #01-07, Singapore Cruise Centre S099549.
Batamfast ticket purchase, boarding pass collection, luggage check-in, departure processes, and embarkation will be through the new Harbourfront terminal. Arrivals from Batam will also be processed via this new terminal. However, please note that if you have booked an interlining trip operated by our interlining partner, all the processes mentioned above are to be completed from the current check-in counter and terminal at Harbourfront Centre (until 15th July 2026).
Please inform travelers to arrive at the terminal at least one hour prior to departure, especially if they are checking in luggage, including large bags, golf bags, bicycles, or other oversized items.
There will be a designated walkway accessible via the HFC first-level coach-bay entrance/exit between both terminals. Our team and terminal staff within the vicinity will be ready to assist with directions.
