NEW REQUIREMENT: ALL-INDONESIA DIGITAL ARRIVAL CARD WEF 1ST SEPTEMBER 2025

To our Valued Passengers,


Effective 1st September 2025, all travelers entering Indonesia (Batam) are required to submit the Indonesia Arrival Card online via https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/

Submit three (3) days before the arrival date.

Steps:

  1. Select if you are Indonesian or Non-Indonesian
  2. Fill in the required information (personal and travel details)
  3. Complete the declaration page
  4. Review and submit

Once completed, your arrival card will be displayed as a QR code.

Please download and keep this QR code. Ensure you are ready to show this to the relevant Immigration officers for faster and easier arrival processing.

The new Indonesia Arrival Card is not a visa. It’s a mandatory digital entry declaration for ALL travelers (immigration + customs + health), and it does not replace visa requirements. Submission is per entry.
